Today, HealthJusticeCT will be at the Health and Human Rights in Connecticut: Building an Equitable Healthcare System Conference. This is the first conference of its kind, hosted by the UConn School of Social Work and will focus on issues related to understanding access to health care as a human right.

Topics include: Understanding the human rights framework for health equity, challenges and current health disparities in Connecticut, SustiNet, case studies from the field, and building local support.
