Keep calm and gobble on in a healthy way this thanksgiving

Is it genius planning or irony that diabetes awareness month and Thanksgiving fall on the same month? One thing is certain, diabetes is a serious disease and the number of Americans with diabetes increase every year.

Nearly 26 million Americans have diabetes and an estimated 79 million adults have pre-diabetes.  But certain groups of people are at more risk for diabetes and diabetes complications. We invite you to share your own healthy tips with here.  Happy thanksgiving!
