We’re attending the Seventh Annual Weitzman Symposium today in Middletown, CT.
The Weitzman Symposium is hosted by the Weitzman Center for Innovation in Community Health and Primary Care, a division of Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC), in collaboration with the Center for Community Partnerships, Wesleyan University.
The symposiums are held annually and are known for drawing in large crowds of healthcare leaders from around the country, hospitals adminstrators, community health centers, researchers, policy makers, and primary care delivery specialists.
This year’s theme is “Transforming Primary Care: The Promise of Disruptive Innovations,” with a focus on innovations that are transforming primary care and improving health outcomes of our most vulnerable populations.
